Our Beginner program is created for athletes with minimal background in strength and conditioning and a basic level of physical awareness. The movement performance will be basic and not complex minimizing any risks of injury. The effort level will be entirely up to you as resistance and weight is individualized. In our novice program will help you further develop muscular coordination, stability, core, overall strength, and endurance.
