Threshold

This class is derived from the term Functional Threshold Power which is the measure of fitness used by cyclists. This class is based on longer intervals aimed at challenging and improving your FTP levels, lactate threshold, power and speed.

HIT

This session involves very short, but super high-intensity intervals to increase anaerobic capacity. Your effort and fatigue levels will be short but extremely high. Great workout for building power, acceleration and a serious fat burner.

THIN AIR

Scientifically known as V02 Max training. This workout is designed to stress your cardio system, increase your oxygen consumption level (V02 max) by strengthening your heart. Regularly find yourself out of breath? this session will surely build your lung capacity.

SWEET SPOT

GET READY TO RIDE! Experience outdoor cycling indoors. You will shift gears, climb, descend along a virtual course. Great way to put all that training in to practice. Use this session as an active recovery or let it burn!

HILLS

Escape the dubai flat courses; Ride through a real life simulation of mountainous terrain with gradient controlled by the system. Climbs can be long & steady, short & steep or a mix of both.

TOUR DE BR

Our very own weekly Tour takes place every Saturday giving the chance to take all the hard training and put into a fun, interactive & competitive race. You will watch your avatar on the screen as you race fellow riders through one of many real life courses

CIRCUIT TRAINING

BR circuit classes  are built around strength and conditioning training using weight training and functional equipment. Looking to build strength and lean muscle without getting that bulky bodybuilding look; this session is for you.

BR Circuit training classes are all HR zone based to ensure that you are working in the correct metabolic state to maximise results. You will be guided through 10 HIIT stations aimed at working different muscle groups and fitness states. 

Our stations will be even spread to work your endurance, strength, power while burning up to 800 cals per class. Enjoy watching your effort level on the screen; get instant feedback of your results and track your progress.
